There already are some raging mediums, but this way is more complete. A barbarian can become a spirit too!

Berserker (Guardian)
A berserker is the spirit of a great barbarian chef, who fights with rage and honor.
Gaining Favor: To gain the Berserker’s favor, you must defeat a number of enemies equal to double your medium level using only non-magical weapons and equipment and without benefitting from any spell. You must then swear an oath to never change to a lawful alignment.
Taboo: If you accept a taboo while channeling the Berserker, you may never retreat in battle until all your companions have reached a safe place.
Berserker’s Fury (Lesser, Su): As a free action, you can enter a rage, as a barbarian, for a number of rounds per day equal to your Constitution modifier plus your spirit bonus. These rounds need not be consecutive.
Rage Powers (Intermediate, Su): When you channel the Berserker, you can select any two rage powers to apply to your rage. You can select different rage powers each time you channel the Berserker.
