New Metamagic Feat: Dragon’s Breath Spell

Dragon's Breath Spell (Metamagic)

Your energy spells erupt as bursts from your mouth.

Prerequisite: Draconic Heritage (chromatic, metallic, or prima).

Benefits: Only an energy spell that has a line or burst area of effect can be cast as a dragon’s breath spell. The selected spell’s area of effect changes into a 30-foot cone that emanates from your mouth as a breath weapon. A dragon’s breath spell takes up a spell slot 2 levels higher than normal.

New Feat for Tieflings: Defile Spell

This is a variant of the Consecrate Spell feat, that works for aasimar only. Tieflings and villain deserved something similar, I thought... or not? The mightier is a bad guy, the more delightful is to vanquish them!

Defile Spell (Metamagic)

You infuse spells with corrupt fiendish power, drastically increasing their effectiveness against good creatures.

Prerequisites: Evil alignment, able to prepare or cast desecrate.

Benefit: A defiled spell is treated as a maximized spell against good creatures and creatures with the good subtype. Against all other creatures, this feat does not modify the spell in any way (for example, a defiled lightning bolt acts as a normal lightning bolt against neutral or evil creatures). This feat does not stack with Maximize Spell.

Level Increase: +2 (a defiled spell uses up a spell slot two levels higher than the spell's actual level.)
