This is the typical three-pointed, multicolored hat with bells on, worn by court fools. The cap grants the wearer a +5 competence bonus on Bluff skill checks. In addition, the cap’s bells automatically ring if a hostile creature comes nearby, as per the alarm spell. The wearer can silence the bells at will.
