Ciel Splendor, the Curer Level 20

And after so many months, here’s my very last Sailor build! What new project would you like to see, starting tomorrow?
This build uses Legendary Games’ Path of the Bound and, like the previous two, Necromancers of the Northwest’s Mythic Mastery: Angelic Heritage.
(I could redo some of the builds I already did in the future, as fitter Paizo or 3PP rules come out).
