Paladin Unified Tradition for Champions of the Spheres

Paladins are the sacred magic warriors by definition.

Paladin*

A paladin is a righteous knight in service of a deity, a church, or her own high moral code. Often she is accompanied by her loyal steed.

Magic Type: Divine

Casting Ability Modifier: Charisma

Bonus Combat Talents:

Equipment: Armor Training, Knightly Training, Shield Training.

Variable: Paladins gain either the Duelist sphere or the Beastmastery sphere (ride package).

Bonus Magic Talents: Fate sphere, Protection sphere (Repel Evil)

Drawbacks: Focus Casting, Prepared Caster, Verbal Casting; Aligned Combatant (Destruction), Aligned Protection (Protection)

Boon: +1 spell point per odd level in casting classes.

* An antipaladin can use this same tradition, only replacing the Repel Evil magic talent with Repel Good.
