Ngakoi (Standard Race, 10 RP)
A race of small ascetics endowed with three eyes, ngakoi live in subterranean caverns, dedicating to meditation. Many of them sacrifice their eyesight to better communicate with the great all-that-is. Ngakoi tend to keep a strict neutrality, without being too much involved with goor or evil, law or chaos, light or darkness.
Type Humanoid (ngakoi)
Size Small (0 RP): Ngakoi gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, a –1 penalty on combat maneuver checks and to their CMD, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks.
Speed 20 ft. (-1 RP)
Ability Score Modifier: Standard (0 RP) +2 Wis, +2 Dex, -2 Str.
Language: Standard (0 RP) Ngakoi start the game knowing Common and Ngakoi. A skarren with a high Intelligence score can learn Celestial, Draconic, Giant, or Undercommon as bonus languages.
Defense Racial Traits
Strong Soul (2 RP) Ngakoi gain a +2 racial bonus on all saving throws made to resist mind-affecting effects and on Fortitude saves made to remove negative levels.
Feat and Skill Racial Traits
Skill Bonus (Perception) (2 RP) Ngakoi gain a +2 racial bonus on all Perception skill checks.
Skill Bonus (Survival) (2 (RP) Ngakoi gain a +2 racial bonus on all Survival skill checks.
Magical Racial Traits
Candlelight (1 RP) Ngakoi can create a weak light centered on their third eye at will as a supernatural ability. This light illuminates in a 5-foot radius, increasing the light level by one step.

Eldritch Empathy (3 RP) An ngakoi can use wild empathy as a druid of its character level, except this power works on animals, aberrations, magical beasts, oozes, plants or vermin.
