In Legendary Games rules there are ways to convert ki into hit points, but not the opposite. This is odd! Here’s a feat for the monk who wants to fight till the bitter end.

Ki Sacrifice (Combat, Ki)
You consume your own life force to replenish your power.
Prerequisites: Con 13, Wis 13, ki pool class feature or Ki Meditation feat.
Benefit: Once per day as a swift action, you can directly convert your hit points to ki points. You can sacrifice a maximum of 1d6 hit points for every 2 character levels you possess, regaining 1 ki point in your ki pool for every 1d6 hit points sacrificed this way. These ki points can be utilized normally in the same round. You cannot bring your hit points to 0 or less with this ability. Sacrificed hit points can be healed in the normal ways. You cannot use this ability to raise your ki points over your maximum.
Ki Sacrifice (Combat, Ki, Mythic)
You can call on your power reserves with less danger for your body.
Prerequisite: Ki Sacrifice.
Benefit: You add ½ your mythic tier (minimum 1) to your character level for the purpose of determining how many ki points you gain by using Ki Sacrifice. After the end of a combat, all unused ki points gained through Ki Sacrifice are converted into hit points again at the same rate. You cannot raise your hit points over your maximum in this way. You can use Ki Sacrifice more than once per day by expending one use of mythic power for every extra use of the ability.
