New Spell: Return to Nature

Today I'd like to fill a hole that was left when I wrote the Mogwai race in Flaming Crab Games' Gnomes Vs. Gremlins. In that book, I created the Primal Nature oracle mystery, a variant of Nature that concentrates mostly on rebuking technology. The 9h-level spell for that mystery is Return to Nature... that wasn't included in the book for reasons of space.
So here it is. Now, who wants to use the Primal Nature mystery and my fierce, tiny nature-loving gremlins must not worry any more!

Range long (400 ft. + 40 ft./level)
Area all technological objects or creatures within a 40-ft.-radius burst
Duration instantaneous
Saving Throw Fort negates; Spell Resistance yes

All technological objects or creatures within this spell’s area change into living natural beings. Objects carried by creatures are affected as well. Artifacts cannot be transmuted. Non-sentient objects or creatures are transmuted to plants of the same size; sentient technological objects or creatures become animals or humanoids, depending on their intelligence and the caster’s choice. Only miracle, wish, or similar magic can restore a transmuted technological object or creature to its previous state.
