Greek/Roman Deities: Thalia, Muse of Comedy

Yes, this is a deity in my Worldcenter setting!

Muses are minor deities of arts and science in service of Apollo. They lived with him on the Parnassus and Helicon mountains. Daughters of Zeus and the Titaness Mnemosyne, Goddess of Memory (or of Harmonia), they inspired and protected writers and geniuses and were in charge of practical jobs too. Thalia, for example, protected agriculture as well as comedic theatre and satire, and that’s why the crook is one if her symbols.
