I find unfair that unique patrons for witches, or bloodlines, differentiate between Infernal and Abyssal but have an item only for Celestial. Time to rectify that.

Azata’s Freedom (Unique Witch Patron)
The empyreal lords and ladies of Elysium infused you with their joy and freedom powers. You gain the protective luck hex at 1st level, but your patron expects you to be a champion for their cause. You must be of chaotic good alignment, and you suffer a -2 penalty on save DCs of spells that bind, imprison, or paralyze a target.
Available Patron Themes: Agility, Enchantment, Spring, Stars
Spell Changes: 2nd—burst bonds, 16th—greater planar ally (azata only), 18th—freedom.
