Moonstone Dragon
This dragon’s scales shimmer a pale silver with a hint of blue in the moonlight. It looks at you with an otherworldly wisdom in his deep blue eyes.

CR 4; Size Small; Hit Dice 5d12
Speed 60 ft.
Natural Armor +4; Breath Weapon cone, 2d8 cold
Str 11, Dex 16, Con 13, Int 10, Wis 11, Cha 13
Dispelling Breath (Su): Instead of a cone of cold, a great wyrm moonstone dragon can breathe a cone of tiny moonlight motes that works as an area greater dispel magic, with a caster level equal to the druid caster level of the dragon.
Ethereal Walk (Su): A young or older moonstone dragon can become ethereal at will, as per the ethereal jaunt spell. Moonstone dragons often use the Ethereal Plane as a passage for the Dimension of Dreams.
Fleeting Dream (Su): Victims of a mature adult of older moonstone dragon’s sleep breath forget everything about their encounter with the dragon when the effect expires. Spells and effects that cure memory loss can restore the victims.
Light Vulnerability (Su): A moonstone dragon has vulnerability to light effects and spells with the light descriptor, but only if they emit a light stronger than that of the moon and stars.
Penumbra Regeneration (Ex): A very old or older moonstone dragon has fast healing 5 as long as it is in the darkness. When the dragon ages to great wyrm category, this becomes regeneration 5 (fire, light attacks).
Sleep Breath (Su): Instead of a cone of cold, a moonstone dragon can breathe a cone of sleep gas. Creatures within the cone must succeed on a Will save or fall asleep for 1d6 rounds plus 1 round per age category of the dragon.
Spell-Like Abilities (Sp): A moonstone dragon gains the following spell-like abilities, usable at will upon reaching the listed age category.
Very Young- faerie fire
Juvenile- motes of dusk and dawn
Adult- silverlight
Old- dream
Ancient- wall of silver
Great Wyrm- lunar veil

Moonstone dragons rarely care for the affairs of humanoids. They may spend much of their time in the Ethereal Plane, in lunar regions, in space, or in the dreamscapes of sentient beings. Occasionally they may guide worthy individuals through their dreams. Sometimes moonstone dragons serve deities or powerful faerie sovereigns.
Moonstone Dragon Bloodline
A moonstone dragon’s energy type is cold and its granted breath weapon is a 30-foot cone for the purpose of a sorcerer or bloodrager taking the draconic bloodline, an oracle taking the Dragon mystery, and similar effects.
